Brad Watts is an experienced real estate investor and salesman living and working in the Cayman Islands. His area of focus as a salesman is real estate, specializing in listings, sales and rentals.
As a salesman he has worked as a mortgage lending officer for MetAmerica Mortgage Bankers and TowneBank Mortgage in Virginia, U.S.A., assisting numerous clients with financing their homes. Brad was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” Award and named to the Chairman’s Club for his volume of sales, placing seventh out of more than one hundred salespersons.
Prior to sales, Brad worked in Law Enforcement as a Police Officer and Detective for the Virginia Beach Police Department, earning multiple titles as “Officer of the Quarter,” while working in tactical roles, as well as “Detective of the Quarter,” while working in Special Investigations. In addition, after having relocated to the Cayman Islands, he temporarily served as a Special Constable in the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service, training Constables in search and seizure, as well as mobile tactics.
Outside of work:
Besides currently working in real estate, Brad is a member of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman, having served in numerous roles as a club executive and director, served for numerous years on the Cayman CrimeStoppers Board and is a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership Cayman.
When he isn’t assisting his clients in purchasing their dream home, Brad loves to travel the world. Having visited many different countries, he lists the Philippines, Hong Kong and Italy amongst his favorites. Brad is dad to two beautiful daughters, ages 14 and 11. When not attending dance or singing recitals, he loves to entertain his friends at his home in George Town.
